The Iron Girl 5K will feature a flat, scenic course that is ideal for both runners and walkers. This women's-only event caters to the Iron Girl in all of us! Good Morning Rock and Rollers…wipe the sleep from your eyes, guzzle your coffee, lace your sneaks and meet the gang at 7:00 a.m. Saturday morning group runs are moving to 7:00 a.m. starting November 20th. SAME PLACE, NEW TIME!! This Saturday, the 13th, is the last time we start at 6:30am.
Please consider 7:05 a.m. the departure time. Use facilities as necessary beforehand.
