Training kicks off Saturday, September 17 at 6:30am

For the 3rd year running, SRC is welcoming all runners and walkers to join our Team Rock training program. Our Saturday morning long runs are well organized and staffed to serve as a fun way to prepare for the event.

We are once again offering the Survival Running Care-kit. For $149.95 the package includes:

• SHOES: One pair of shoes (any brand) of your choice*
• SHIRT: Nike SRC “TEAM ROCK!” technical running shirt
• SHORTS: Nike Women's Tempo track shorts or Men's 6" trail pocket shorts

The Spirit Of Triathlon

The first edition of the Dick Tomlin memorial "Spirit of Triathlon" will be held Saturday, November 12 in Kingman. There will be a sprint distance time trial style triathlon starting at 12:00pm and a 5K run starting at 9:00am.

All proceeds will be put towards developing a new Arizona juniors triathlon program.

Frank Kush 5K Run & Walk

The 13th annual “Frank Kush 5K-1 Mile Family Fun Walk and Run” event, promoting physical activity and healthy lifestyles and benefiting Arizona youth organizations through the Frank Kush Youth Foundation, returns to Tempe Town Lake on Saturday morning, October 15.

Open to all ages, the activities will include a 5K Run, 5K Walk, 1 mile Fun Run and Walk and Pet Walk – and a Health Fair.

"When women get moving, a movement is not far behind."

Join the Iron Girl movement for their second annual event in Tempe! There are 3 events to choose from: 5K, 5 miles, or 10 miles. On December 3, 2005, women from throughout the area will gather at beautiful Tempe Town Lake for a day filled with fun, friends and fitness. It is a running/walking festival day where you will be greeted with a great course, a post race "Breakfast Cafe" and many more treats along the way.
