The Mizuno Wave Riders have been repeatedly a great shoe buy Mizuno. I love the high arch, and the way the shoe fits like a glove. For anybody who is skeptical of the wave technology, it works. It may appear strange, but it's light, responsive, and surprisingly soft. Finally, they hold up really well, which is an advantage of the wave system. They don't really "bottom out." Definitely a great shoe to pick up if you're a neutral runner with a high arch.
