Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
I run on my toes and always have a problem finding shoes that do not rub blisters (which these don't.) Only complaint is that your feet are soaking wet if its wet outside due to the mesh toe...however, see pros for breathability. and besides, its hotter than heck more often than raining.

I was having issues with my knee, [...]. Since the first day I started training with them I haven't had any more issues with my knee. I haven't had any issues at all, my body doesn't even know I run at least 5 miles a day. I Love Them.
